Jenő (17 years old, Boba)

Finally the day I have been waiting has arrived and the flight to Zurich from The Ferenc Liszt Airport took off.

It would not be so special after all but if you add the fact that I was on it, the whole thing seems different.
I was on my way with all the necessary equipment to do something that is unprecedented in the World’s history, to conquer over Switzerland.
No surprise, I have failed to conquer but I can surely say that I have got an unforgettable experience.

I was once an athlete and I am a big sports fan so for me the biggest joy was to be at the European League that took place at the Letziggrund Stadium in Zurich.
It was a very well organized and qualified event. I find it important to note that I have nothing to be shamed at as a signature hunter as I have gained two signature from 2 gold medalist...
On top of all this I was lucky to be there and cheer for Christian Pars who has won a gold medal and for Anita Márton who has got a bronze medal. I am very proud of my compatriots’ success!

Apart from the sport’s experiences the four-day trip was full of culinary pleasures as well: I have done a thorough quality control within the Swiss chocolates, I have to admit it was no disappointment at all and I also got to taste a traditional Swiss fondue.

Even the penalty that I have got on my way to the airport could not take my wonderful mood away.

At the end of my trip, with my bags full of gifts and my heart full of wonderful memories I was with my loved ones again and I was hugging them happily.

Goodbye Zurich!

Thank you for your hospitality and forgive me to say this: It is good everywhere, but best is at home!

We would like to thank in the name of Jenő too to the FGSZ Zrt, the OGRE-PRO Kft., and Mr. Gabor Ambrus
the support that made the realisation of this wish possible.

Olivér (3 years old, Szombathely)

We’ve left home to go Szombathely on Saturday morning to surprise little Oliver.

Oliver is 4 years old and he was diagnosed for r*** c**** when he was only 9 month old. The treatment was successful; thank God he has been asymptomatic.

His wish was to get his own playground in their garden.
While he was sent to his grandparents we have had it set up for him.

The happiness on his face has made our weekend full of sunshine as well. He and his brother have tried out the new toy immediately...

I hope that I will have more opportunity in the future to make o lot of kids like Olivér’s wish come true.

In Oliver’s name we wish to make a special thank you for our junior supporter Sadie.

Her story on it:

Mitzvah

A few years ago I was in a special situation and got 500.000 -ft.

I’ve chosen to use up most of the money to help sick kids and teenagers who are unable to have a normal childhood because of a serious disease.
I would like to make their wish come true and make them happy.

With the Magic Lamp Foundation’s help I’ve already helped 2 people.
One of them is called Dani the other one is called Csongor.

Dani’s wish was to go to Formula-1 race and meet some of the drivers. He is 17 years old and has a very serious case of M***a g***s , since he is 13. He is a very nice boy who even helped homeless people when he himself was in a worse condition. He is now much better and hopefully he will be able to live a long life with help of all the medications.

Oliver is 4 years old and he has r*** c***. He has had bone marrow transplantation at the age of one.
Now he is better, but still has to go for control every 2 month. He and his family have moved into a new home and Csongor’s wish was to get his own playground in their garden. His wish will come true next week when my family and I will go to Szombathely to help to set it up.

I hope I made them happy and they will live a long and healthy life.

Dániel (17 years old, Budapest)

Dani had his big day on Friday at the Formula 1 where he could follow the event through the whole entire weekend. His ticket was for the seating area under the roof so the hot sun was no problem at all.

Dani was really interested in the mechanics’ work in the box and he could follow through the first free style training in the home straight line.

What came after this was the real surprise for Dani : we have got to be the guests of the Williams Martini Racing team, we could walk through the paddock and had a cold drink with the team. We saw the GP2 free style training from here and saw the work in the box from up close.

Dani had another big surprise this day: he got to meet Felipe Massa and the head of the team at the motor home. He received a signed cap and we took a picture with them together.

Saturday and Sunday was a lot of fun, Dani had a lot of exciting moments following the race. We saw how Damon Hill and Jonny Herber – now as SkySports commentators - were making the reports. We have even got an autogram from Jonny Herbert.

These 3 days have been an unbelievable experience for Dani (specially the Paddock visit!) and he would like to thank everybody who has helped to make it possible for him.
